Shipping policy

We strive to have your order ready to ship or available for pick up within 3 business days. Some exceptions apply. 

We offer a $15 flat rate for all items in Canada (excluding wholesale orders). This is for Expedited Parcel via Canada Post - shipping times will vary depending on your location. 

On orders over $125 before taxes, we offer free shipping on your order. This will be automatically calculated at checkout. This is a great way to stock up on all of your favourite products! (Expedited Parcel via Canada Post)

Orders shipped to PO Box numbers will be shipped via Expedited Parcel through Canada Post. 

Please ensure the shipping address is correct at check out. If an incorrect shipping address is entered, unfortunately we have no way of knowing it is incorrect - therefore, any additional shipping fees or lost packages due to this reason will be at the customer's expense. 

Pick Up Orders

We are located in the north end of Saskatoon and we offer a free order pick up option. We have a contactless system where we will place your order out for pick up (weather permitting) on either our patio in a cooler (spring/summer/fall) or between the main door and storm door of our condo (winter). Orders will not be left out overnight to protect them from the elements (depending on products ordered). Once your order is ready for pick up we will contact you and find out when you would like to pick up the order. We will then place the order out for pick up on that day. Please make sure you pick up the order on the day you plan to or let us know if you can't make it for some reason so we can bring your order back in overnight. Detailed instructions will be provided to help you find us as some people have trouble with it. 

Orders shipped to street addresses will require a signature in order to protect your products from the elements.
