Warming Directions

  • Warm in the microwave for 20-30 seconds on high
  • Warm in oven for 10 minutes at 175 F. Do not heat the cushion in a gas oven
  • Ensure you check the temperature prior to giving to baby on the inside of your wrist

Cooling Directions

  • Store the compress in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer

  • Protect the cushion from dust. Store in a clean area
  • The compress is not washable in water but you may gently scrub the surface with a damp cloth to clean it or remove stains
