• Rub generously onto feet or sore joints before bedtime about 15-30 minutes before bedtime
• Avoid rubbing on open sores or cuts as the magnesium chloride can sting.
• Avoid rubbing on freshly shaved legs or other areas of the body as this can cause irritation.
