• Shake bottle well.
• Use out of the bath before bed when pores are open
• Spray onto child's arms, legs or bottoms of feet. Massage the oil into skin. Best applied by parents depending on the child's age. Wash hands after application
• Avoid spraying on open sores or cuts as the magnesium chloride can sting.
• You may feel a tingling sensation when you first begin using transdermal magnesium products - particularly if you are magnesium deficient.
