• Hand poured in our black reusable and recyclable plastic bottle with high quality fine mist sprayer 
• Net Weight 125 ml | 4.2 oz

• Shake bottle well. 
• Spray onto desired area of body. Rub it in with your hands. The product is watery so rubbing it in helps the magnesium to soak in quicker and makes for a less messy application. Wash hands after to avoid drying of the hands.
• We like to spray on legs, arms, stomach, back, bottoms of feet approximately 10-15 minutes before bedtime
• Avoid spraying on open sores or cuts as the magnesium chloride can sting. 
• Avoid spraying on freshly shaved legs or other areas of the body as this can cause irritation.
• You may feel a tingling sensation when you first begin using transdermal magnesium products
• This tingling should subside and become less noticeable with continued use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. 
• Prolonged usage can eventually dry out the skin due to the saltiness from the magnesium. It is recommended to follow up with a lotion and alternate the area of application over time

Health Canada now requires all cosmetic companies to advise their customers of potential fragrance related allergens that are contained in their products at certain concentrations. This allows consumers to identify ingredients to which they may be allergic or sensitive, or wish to avoid, helping them make more informed health decisions regarding product purchase and use.

We do not use fragrance oils in any of our products, therefore you will never see the term "fragrance" or "parfum" in our ingredient lists. This does make our job easier than other makers who use fragrance oils as these tend to contain more of these potential allergens than essential oils.
