Shoulder + Neck Compress

The Amma Therapie shoulder heating pad perfectly hugs the shoulders and neck. The heat relieves tense shoulders, stress, neck pain, torticollis (stiff neck) and also prevents migraines.

The middle part of the heating pad goes up to the neck to relax the muscles at the base of the skull. The weight of the compress immediately relaxes the shoulders and holds perfectly in place, even while you are standing.

Warming Instructions

• Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes depending on the heat of your microwave. Check periodically until it is the right temperature for you
• Or warm in the oven at 175F for 15-20 minutes maximum. Do not warm in a gas oven

Cooling Instructions

• Store the compress in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold
