Warming Instructions 
  • Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes depending on the heat of your microwave. Check periodically until it is the right temperature for you
  • Or warm in the oven at 175F for 15-20 minutes maximum. Do not warm in a gas oven
Cooling Instructions
  • Store the compress in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold
  • The compress is not washable in water
  • Spot clean as required with a damp cloth to remove stains
