• Each jar contains 5 shower steamers totalling 226 grams

• Remove steamer from jar and replace lid immediately to preserve the other steamers in the jar. The steamers are activated by humidity and moisture so keeping the lid on the jar closed is important
• Place one steamer on the shower floor or ledge. You want it to get slightly splashed with water so it activates but you do not want it to be directly under the water stream. For a more intense aroma, place the steamer more in direct water stream
• Breathe in the aromatherapy benefits while your shower runs
• Depending on the length of your shower and the location of the steamer will determine if the steamer will last for 1-3 showers.
• This product is not safe for use in a bath
