  • The product will melt on contact with your warm skin
  • You can rub it in if you like, but it should also soak in fairly quickly on its own
  • Store in a cool place. The product is prone to softening if stored in warmer temperatures

We do not use fragrance oils in any of our products, therefore you will never see the term "fragrance" or "parfum" in our ingredient lists. This does make our job easier than other makers who use fragrance oils as these tend to contain more of these potential allergens than essential oils. 

Some essential oils do still contain potential allergens that are contained within Health Canada's list of fragrance allergens - so any of the allergens listed below are contained within the essential oils that are used to scent our products.

Avocado Oil deeply moisturizes, nourishes, and protects the skin with high levels of fatty acids (specifically oleic acid), vitamins A, D, and E, and antioxidants.Avocado Oil is used across many of our products for its benefits to the skin + nails.

Why We Use It

Coco Caprylate is an ECOCERT approved smooth spreading plant based emollient derived from coconuts that we add to products to improve how quickly and easily the product is absorbed to the skin. Without this ingredient in some of our formulas, carrier oils alone can sit on top of the skin and leave a greasy skin feel. It also helps products spread nicely across the skin without drag. This is a high quality and very expensive ingredient but one that is well worth adding as an alternative to synthetic silicones.

Why We Use It

Kokum butter is a highly moisturizing, non-comedogenic, and lightweight emollient - a harder butter than Mango Butter it helps make this stick hard. It excels at deeply hydrating skin without clogging pores, repairing the skin barrier, and providing antioxidant protection through high levels of vitamin E and essential fatty acids. It is ideal for treating dry, cracked skin. Not to be confused with Cocoa Butter, Kokum Butter does not have the same chocolatey scent that Cocoa Butter does.

Why We Use It

Mango Butter is highly emollient, non-comedogenic, and nutrient-dense fat derived from mango seeds, rich in vitamins A, C, and E, as well as fatty acids. It deeply moisturizes, boosts skin elasticity, reduces inflammation, and acts as an antioxidant to fight free radical damage. Its lightweight, non-greasy texture works well on all skin types.

Beeswax acts as a natural, breathable, and protective emollient that seals in moisture without clogging pores. Beeswax makes our Body Serum last through the day by locking in moisture - especially effective when our Body Serum is applied to damp skin out of the shower or bath.

Because this stick can do it all.

It is very versatile - we first marketed this for expectant mamas to keep their baby bump moisturized but we quickly realized that this product could do so much more than that.

The IT stick is great for dry skin areas, to keep skin moisturized during pregnancy, to glide across tattoos to promote healing and so much more.

As you can see from the very short ingredient list, we have done our best to keep this formula simple, minimal and effective. Most customers we speak with who have dry skin or other deeper issues, struggle with any scents in the products. As such we have decided to omit even natural essential oils to keep this product as neutral and irritation free as possible.

You will play around with this - the product will melt on contact with your skin and create sort of a barrier with the beeswax in the formula. This product is meant for spot treatments of very dry skin, mores than an all over product.

Absolutely. The IT Stick is safe for kids of all ages including newborns. The ingredients in this formula are 100% natural and free from fragrance so feel free to slather this on stubborn dry spots or between the little rolls that can get dry.

We love this product because it is all natural and such a great way to apply the product without having to rub it in with your hands. The IT stick does it all - you can apply this to stretch marks, dry skin, tattoos and more!
