• Twist the dial to expose product - just like deodorant
• Apply to areas of eczema and dry skin, tattoos and scars
• Apply to areas of skin that are prone to stretching in pregnancy such as belly, butt, thighs + breasts
• The product will melt on contact with your warm skin
• You can rub it in if you like, but it should also soak in fairly quickly on its own
• Store in a cool place. The product is prone to softening if stored in warmer temperatures
• Dial down when application complete and replace cap
• Use as often as you need to relieve symptoms
