Warming Instructions

  • Microwave for 20-30 seconds on high checking to confirm it is at the correct temperature for you prior to application
  • Warm in the oven at 175F for 10 minutes. Do not warm in a gas oven

Cooling Instructions

  • Place mask in a sealed plastic bag and store in the freezer

Room Temperature

  • Use at bedtime as a sleeping mask to block out light
  • Use at yoga in resting poses

  • The mask is not washable in water
