Magnesium Spray

• Shake bottle well.
• Spray onto desired area of body.
• Avoid spraying on open sores or cuts as the magnesium chloride can sting.
• Avoid spraying on freshly shaved legs or other areas of the body as this can cause irritation.
• You may feel a tingling sensation when you first begin using magnesium
• This tingling should subside and become less noticeable with continued use. Discontinue use if irritation persists.

Essential Oil Roller Ball

• Shake well
• Roll over desired area such as across the forehead, wrists, bottoms of feet, back of neck

Essential Oil Roller Balls

• Stress Ball contains Peppermint, Lavender + Eucalyptus Essential Oil

• Both are diluted in Sweet Almond carrier oil

• Keep away from pets + children
• Try first on one part of your body to test for irritation before spraying on your entire body
• Magnesium can create a tingling sensation that can be irritating
• Avoid spraying on open sores or cuts
• Some essential oils are photosensitive which means using them before sun exposure can cause a reaction. Please be aware of this when using any of our products infused with essential oils
• In case of accidental ingestion, contact a Poison Control Center and advise this product contains eucalyptus oil (for Stress Ball only)
• For external use only. If irritation occurs discontinue use.

Health Canada now requires all cosmetic companies to advise their customers of potential fragrance related allergens that are contained in their products at certain concentrations. This allows consumers to identify ingredients to which they may be allergic or sensitive, or wish to avoid, helping them make more informed health decisions regarding product purchase and use.

We do not use fragrance oils in any of our products, therefore you will never see the term "fragrance" or "parfum" in our ingredient lists. This does make our job easier than other makers who use fragrance oils as these tend to contain more of these potential allergens than essential oils.

Some essential oils do still contain potential allergens that are contained within Health Canada's list of fragrance allergens - so any of the allergens listed below are contained within the essential oils that are used to scent our products.
