Magnesium Spray

• Shake bottle well.
• Spray onto desired area of body.
• If using for sleep aid it is recommended to use on your legs, arms, back, bottoms of feet approximately 15-30 minutes before bedtime
• Avoid spraying on open sores or cuts as the magnesium chloride can sting.
• Avoid spraying on freshly shaved legs or other areas of the body as this can cause irritation.
• You may feel a tingling sensation when you first begin using transdermal magnesium products - particularly if you are magnesium deficient.
• This tingling should subside and become less noticeable with continued use. 

Essential Oil Roller Ball

• Why Do We Need This? This product contains water - and where there is water, there is life. Preservative Eco is the most natural preservative on the market that can be used for broad spectrum and water based products. This preservative is COSMOS and ECOCERT certified.
• Many magnesium sprays on the market do not include a preservative and suggest that the magnesium chloride adds enough preserving capability to keep the spray from spoiling. We do not feel comfortable taking that chance and so we have ensured that our spray contains a small amount of Preservative Eco to ensure your spray will last
