• If using for sleep aid it is recommended to use on your legs and arms 30 minutes before bedtime.
• Avoid spraying on open sores or cuts as the magnesium chloride can sting.
• Avoid spraying on freshly shaved areas of the body as this can cause irritation.
• You may feel a tingling sensation when you first begin using transdermal magnesium products - particularly if you are magnesium deficient.
